When i use the pain tool to draw sometimes it erased some pixels that are already placed

I believe this issue is similar to the one in this topic.
And following the solution in that topic, true enough, in your demo, under the Tool & Paint settings window, pixel perfect drawing is set to on. Try to toggle it off and see if the issue gets resolved.

Using Paint Dotted Tool work too! 
Still this is of course a bug. Will check and fix.
