Sorry for this late reply. I missed that post (and also others). Hope you have not been fired.
Catalina does not support 32Bit applications anymore and as of now I don’t have a solution except that you buy “Crossover” https://www.codeweavers.com/products
With this you can run 32Bit and 64Bit Windows applications on a Mac.
Basically it’s the engine I use for the PM package for Mac, at the moment the engine with full Catalina support compatibility is not publicly available, only via this product.
