F1 shortcut are a problem

I think it's a bug...

i clear all short cut, but the F1 always showing promotion help file
is there any way to change that shortcut ?

Welcome @FunFreshNew,

F1 is indeed bound to opening the help topics because this is a kind of WIndows standard. You can’t change that at the moment.
