Loving the Home Screen, it really is useful and has a positive impact improving PMNG’s usability. Way to go.
Two ideas for ya -

Automatically remove files that can’t be found (due to being moved or renamed).
Using other software with a “recent files” list and I find that several of them simply auto-cull files that can’t be found. Removed from the list.
I think it always makes sense to just go ahead and remove the unloadable file from recent files lists since they’re no longer useful and make the list take longer to scan with your eyes, partially defeating its purpose. -
Upgrade the Recent Projects and Recent other Files list panes into a panes with columns (just like the Keyboard Shortcuts dialogue uses) so filenames can be aligned left and much easier to find. Put file paths in a different column to the right.
If cols are sortable, consider adding a column for Order Accessed so files can be sorted alphabetically or by order in which they were last accessed (Adobe Audition and Adobe After Effects both use an Order Accessed column in their project file organizer and it’s pretty useful for fast finding).
