How do i know the palette loaded in the project file?

I have old projects i wanted to revisit and update. As well as make a new file with the palette i just used.

Sure, it is easy to do a brush grab and create from brush.
But i still wanna know the name of the palette file i used then. But i couldn’t find it. Where to find it?

This information is not stored. When you load a palette, then its color data is taken. No further info is recorded.
