The Tile Set panel isn’t a constant panel - only shows up for tilemap projects, but I still think it should be included as one of the main panels under the main Options menu.
If included in the menu, I suggest ghosting the menu option if not valid for the current project.
This way I hope it’ll make more sense to include saving it along with the other panels when using Option>Windows>Save Position/Sizes.
