Is there a tool to cut a chunk and paste it to a different coordinate?

For example I want to move a section of my canvas to a different coordinate, doesn’t even have to be an irregular shaped chunk could be square/rectangle shaped.

Hi @BraveOrakio,

just select using the selection tools. Then copy/paste (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V). You can even select multiple layers/frames.
Or use the brush grab functions and stamp it down as a brush as suggested by @Morintari
