Modifying colors in the color palette gets applied automatically

I think it's a bug...

Reproduce:

  1. In the color palette window, switch to the select colors to modify tab.
  2. select indexes and adjust color parameters.
  3. move the mouse and hover it over the canvas, then come back.
  4. you will now observe that the color change has been committed.

This happens whether Auto commit Movement is on or not.

“Auto Commit Movement” only means that you immediately commit on moving. When you leave the editor and another window is activated, then a change is always committed.
