Hello Jan I love the way symmetry used to work for 3d but surprisingly it has been changed in the latest release Version 8. Here is the way it used to be.
but here is the way it is now
to make it even worse the operations do not work the same either the old way was surpior it worked like this
what was great about it was as you were working you could see the operation before you released the mouse
button you could see the full operations before you committed to your design.
now look at it you can not see the operations until you release the mouse button
and that really does not work
well…especially in 3d.
