I used to get this dialogue box when loading animation into Promotion.
I don’t see it in Promotion NG
How do I make equalized colors/pallettes in all frames of an animation with Promotion NG

Are you loading an image that’s already quantized?
PMNG won’t give you the “Quantize Colors” dialogue, if so.

If you want to further reduce colors, you can use Colors > Reduce Colors.
