Question about Color setting

There is an issue that pixels with the same rgb value look different in promotion and photoshop.

example) both side has same rgb value but looks different colors.

I think this is because each tool brings a different color setting.

May I know what color setting promotion brings and if possible, is there a way to change it?

PM does not support color profiles, but Photoshop does. Is it possible that you selected a certain device specific profile in Photoshop?
I compared PM display with Gimp and did not find a difference, using the color #516FCD.
