Shortcut list as a text file

Is there a downloadable comprehensive list of all the commands that can be assigned to shortcuts as an editable text file?

I realise I can open the exported .scc file in a program like Notepad++ but the command labels aren’t as readable as the list within the shortcut editor.

I add this to my list of feature wishes, but can’t tell when it will be included. Technically it’s of course possible to do.
