Temp color picker tool doesn't activate sometimes

There are times when i press control but the temp color picker tool doesn’t show up. Even after restarting.PMNG.
Why is that? What could i be enabling (or disabling) that makes this happen?

After much trial and error. I think i figured out how to bring it back.

Resize brush.

What i don’t understand:

  1. resizing doesn’t have control in its shortcut
  2. idk how i triggered “holding control only” won’t trigger the color picker tool.
  • all other shortcuts with control in them are able to activate.
  1. how to reproduce the issue.

Can not duplicate at the moment. Need to have that happen here :confused:
