While I wished Pro-Motion supported this natively, I found a very cool tool to do this. The web page is in Russian, but the tool is incredible:
Color Quantizer
Many different dithering algorithms.

Thanks for the link @Spryx. I suggest using this link instead, where https:// is replace with http://:
because there are some problems with the website certificate. Probably it’s just due to the recent policy updates in web certificates, which caused many website to loose their credentials, but you never know.
For anyone wanting the Color Quantizer app that can’t access the site, I uploaded a copy to Dropbox - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ChPfv2HRGu9lQhyW3jxZk43rh_2Uamqg/view?usp=sharing
The above link will let you download a ZIP with two files inside a folder: https://i.imgur.com/ebteDhm.png
A URL file back to the site the app is from and the app itself, which is just a lone executable.
I’m unable to access the original website at this time. Happy quantizing.
Thanks, looks like the website is down.
Glad you were able to snap a copy before then.
Looks interesting! Thank you!
This app has also a page on SoftPedia:
SoftPedia is less prone to be down. Furthermore, it offers a full description of the app in English.
