The 3d draw feature might just be out of PMNG’s gamut. However this does not mean that PMNG cannot draw in 3d because it can! Are you familiar with the 3d functions of the program? It has a full arsenal of tools designed just for drawing in three dimensions! Most of them can be found in the processing menu check them out.
