Unwanted auto scroll to active layer when using layer functions on inactive layers (resolved for v8.b8)

So far, happens when toggling layer fxns:

  • lock
  • FX
  • light table

Hi @cageburner,

I see, it automatically jumps to the active layer. Needs to be fixed.

Fixed with V8 beta 8
